Emesis in ferrets

Ferret has following merits for studying emesis; no vomiting habit and its long body which is useful for detail observation.
We can offer both antiemetic-study evaluating the inhibitory effects of test articles on morphine hydrochloride-induced or cisplatin-induced emesis, and emetic-study evaluating the emetic effects of test articles.
